Thank you for taking the time to answer this survey. It is limited to psittacine pet birds (see question 2.1 for a list of these birds) and will take approximately 20 minutes to complete. I am gathering information on psittacine birds and their lives as pets. The information gathered will be analyzed and made available to anyone who cares for birds. The personal information you provide will not be identifiable with you. Ultimately, pet birds will benefit from the knowledge gained by this survey.
