How do I create a survey?

You can create a survey from the main menu. If you are not logged in to SurveySuite, log in from the initial screen to see the main menu.
Click "Create A New Survey" on the main menu. This will take you through a series of screens to create your survey.

What information will I need to create a survey?

The SurveySuite wizard will ask you to enter the following information:
  • a short name for your survey
  • the survey title
  • the number of sections in the survey
  • the number of questions in each section
  • contact information
  • the question text and responses for each question

What do I do if I want to change my survey?

Once you have finished creating your new survey, you can change any part of your survey using the "Edit A Survey" feature of SurveySuite.

In addition, while you are creating your survey, you can click the "Back" button to change information that you entered on the previous screen.
